Q2 2026 Investor Briefing

CASABROVA Editorial/

The Q2 2026 Investor Briefing covers all active CASABROVA markets in a single quarterly report - the rebuilt bubble-risk and landlord-protection components, what a foreign buyer actually pays to borrow in each market, cycle position, short-let regulatory risk, and how the same property is taxed differently depending on your passport.

Use the reader below for the full 46-page edition or the 13-page executive summary. Both are downloadable as PDFs. Coverage methodology and data sources are documented inside each edition.

Read these distinctions correctly

  • Bubble risk: A higher bubble grade does not mean we have found a bubble.
  • Georgia: We stopped rating the bubble component, not Georgia. The absence of a grade is a reason for more caution, not less.
  • Abu Dhabi and Dubai: The 0% rent freeze applies to Abu Dhabi. The scored UAE row is Dubai; the two must not be merged.
  • Japan financing: 1.1% is a resident variable rate. The fixed product near 3.3% is also a resident product. Neither rate is available to a non-resident; the limited non-resident routes publish no rate.
